#Tao te Ching 76

When we are born

We are supple and soft;

When we die

We are stiff and rough.

All things are like this

Plants are supple and soft,

Then stiff and rough.

Death is stiff and rough;

Life is supple and soft.

Those who rely on stiff

And rough do not last;

The stiff and rough

Tree can expect an ax.

Supple and soft

Overcomes

Stiff and rough.
